The service

ShopIQ turns receipt photos into a household pantry inventory, spending overview, and shopping list. These terms explain the rules for using ShopIQ, including its optional paid plans. ShopIQ is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind.

Your account

• You join by invitation from a household owner, or by creating a household.
• Keep your personal connector key private — it grants full access to your household's data.
• The household owner can remove members and manage the household.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for the people you invite into a household.

Paid plans and billing

ShopIQ has a free plan and optional paid plans that unlock more Assistant use. The price, billing interval, and renewal details are shown before checkout. Payments and subscription management are handled by Lemon Squeezy; you can manage billing from Settings. Cancellation and renewal timing are shown in the billing portal.

Acceptable use

Use ShopIQ for managing your own household's groceries. Don't attempt to access other households' data, probe or overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

Your content and the Assistant

Only upload receipts, photos, and other content you have the right to share. You give ShopIQ permission to process that content only as needed to provide the service. The Assistant can make mistakes, and its output should be checked before you rely on it.

Data accuracy

Inventory levels, shelf-life estimates, spending figures, and receipt checks are best-effort results derived from your receipts and activity. They are informational, can be wrong, and are not a substitute for checking the package, receipt, store, or other source that matters to your decision.

Changes and termination

The service may change or be discontinued. If we make a material change to these terms, we will update the date above. You may stop using ShopIQ at any time and request deletion of your data (see the Privacy Policy).
